What is Music Piracy ?

Image
Music piracy is illegally using someone's music without his/her permission, and it has long story. Basically, music piracy has been happening ever was music was invented. Music piracy is considered as serious crime in several countries including America. Due to the technology improvement, music piracy has been slightly decreasing. For example, if you use some artists music on your video, and post it to youtube, you won't be able to make revenue off your video, and all the revenue goes to the artist. Another example is that Instagram automatically eliminates the videos that have no permission. However, the longest you can use someone's music without their permission is that 8 seconds on Youtube. On the other hand, Djs have been using old songs to make music. Recently, EDM industry has been growing fast. In consequence, EDM artist has been using someone's music to make their remix. I wonder if it is still considered as music piracy.

Nowadays, most of the big companies collaborate through online and social media. It's a great opportunity that we can communicate from everywhere, since it is 21st century which is an era technology. I think everyone knows that social media and technology have much impact on us and our society. I feel like communicating face to face is rare now. Companies should clearly arrange the meetings in order to avoid from confusion. Time difference and location might cause little bit of confusion. Personally, I think skype and google drive are one of the best tools to communicate virtually. Big companies started to spread out their ambassadors all over the world, since

How to improve teamwork skills

I believe that everyone should know how to work in team. Personally, I think it's the part of our society, and essential teamwork skills make our society better. I could not even image our society and life if everyone works and does everything individually. Everyone should try to improve their teamwork skills. One of the fundamental communication skill  is definitely the listening skill. In order to brainstorm new idea and solve tasks together, members should consider and listen fellow team members before they share their opinions. On the other hand, being respectful to each other will make the communication easy, because the team members would feel free to share their opinions. It is obvious that everyone has different personality and thinks differently. However, establishing few rules will easily solve this problem, just like how law manages our society. One of the other ways to improve teamwork skills is that doing other activities with the team members, so they can build a bo

Recently, I have been reading a book titled “Happiness”, one of the “Emotional Intelligence Series” from Harvard Business Review. It basically talks about what is the nature of human happiness and how our professional lives impact the course of achievement in our career. Two things have left good reflection for me, which are healthy collaborating, thriving work colleagues and progress. In my opinion, the one of the key to human happiness is human interaction, whether it is good or bad. Since the dawn of human civilization, humans have been living and working in a group; in other words, with the strength of collaboration. From there on we created this bond, called marriage. Marriage is our personal collaboration and work is our professional collaboration. In either of our collaborating world, whether personal or professional, we have to constantly progress and thrive, or else it collapses. For perfect progressing collaboration, every participant should have a chance
