Collabration
Recently, I have been reading a
book titled “Happiness”, one of the “Emotional Intelligence Series” from
Harvard Business Review. It basically talks about what is the nature of human
happiness and how our professional lives impact the course of achievement in
our career. Two things have left good reflection for me, which are healthy
collaborating, thriving work colleagues and progress. In my opinion, the one of
the key to human happiness is human interaction, whether it is good or bad.
Since the dawn of human civilization, humans have been living and working in a
group; in other words, with the strength of collaboration. From there on we
created this bond, called marriage. Marriage is our personal collaboration and
work is our professional collaboration. In either of our collaborating world,
whether personal or professional, we have to constantly progress and thrive, or
else it collapses. For perfect progressing collaboration, every participant should
have a chance to act as a leader and a supporter, which gives all the members
of the group a democracy to voice their opinion and make their presence felt.
Also, thrive is the key for successful collaborati
on. Group of people, who
constantly seeks to progress and makes themselves better, creates a thriving
work environment.
